If a reservation is canceled within 7 days of the tour date, guest will be charged the full amount of the confirmed tour price. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of the tour date, guest will be charged 25% (twenty-five percent) of the full amount of the confirmed tour. If a cancellation is received 15 days or more prior to the tour date a cancellation fee will not be assessed.
